This is my 60 second montage video of a day in lockdown. In lockdown I almost did nothing, it was very boring. I used my phone and imovie to film and edit this. It’s not my best piece.
Edward Scissorhands Ice Dance Scene Setting: This scene is set in Kim's back garden with her house in the background with Christmas lights hanging from the house. Hair and Make Up: Kim has natural make up and an angle like styled hair to show she is very angelic and graceful. Kim also has ice shavings falling gently around her and on her hair and face, this creates a halo look on the top of her head. Kim has the big eyes and plump lips, narrow nose which a lot of people say is 'the perfect features'. However Eadward has scares all over his face and very messy black hair. Edwards make up is very pale face with very dark lips, a purple colour. His hair looks like it’s never been brushed or combed, it also is very spicky looking. Costume: Kim is wearing a white satin (or silk) dress. I think the reason for Kim wearing a white dress is to show she is innocent and very angelic and what Edward sees as an angle. Edward is wearing the clothes Peg (the mum) had given him...
HORROR - A Quiet Place A Quiet Place: Director: John Krasinski Watching the video above until 3 minutes. The film starts with a few clips of the derelict town, in about 0.30 minutes in there's movement of a young boy running. This Sets the scene for the rest of the film. The setting is very quiet and it starts with the characters in a shop, no body is around. The characters are using sign language to communicate. There's missing people posters up on a pin board, the director thought about every detail to the mise-en-scene. The cinematography and editing is slow, there 8 still videos of the town that show the setting. They are about 4 second videos which are quite long compared to 2 second clips. The camera angle varies to give the best angle. Some are shots of the floor and some are of the sky/ceiling. This opening is contrasting with the climax of the film near the end where there's short, fast quick pace shots. There is a tracking shot moving past the aisle showing two of...
Year 6 Open Evening Brilliant Stop Motion Animation, here at the film studies room. We are using Play-Dough to create our characters, we have had some lovely year 6 students to help create some outstanding characters. To create this Stop motion Animation you need to make some characters, then set up a camera. Move the characters really slowly and take a photo or several each time you move something, keep on doing this until you think you have done a lot and enough then play it back. This will take a long time but worry it will be worth it. Our film - Credits - Mr Cole - Rebecca - Louis - Faris - Maddison - Poppy - Megan
