Character 1: 

NAME: Jenny Field 

AGE: 19 

GENDER: Female

Jenny is a 19 year old female who is a bit weird according to her friends. She sneaks out one day to attack an innocent man.  Jenny is quiet within her friend group, we don't see her friends in the opening. Jenny looks like an ordinary teen and is academic. Jenny doesn't speak to people she doesn't know. No one expects Jenny to be the brutal murderer because of her innocence. Jenny likes the good old fashioned knife to torture her victims. We never see Jenny's face, during the opening so the audience don't know who killed Jason, and the audience is acting as 'detective'. Jenny's hobbies include going shopping, hanging out with her 'girlfriends'.


Character 2:

NAME: Jason Strauss

AGE: 45

GENDER: Male

Jason is a 45 year old male who has a strong build and looks 'tough'. He minds his own business and stays out in trouble. He used to get into fights when he was younger but now stays away from fights. Jason looks like the man you wouldn't want to mess with, he's tall and clearly has a stronger build. He's was a bit of a local hero in the area he lives in for his good community work and how he helps the town. He doesn't think he's better than anyone and is very humble. He can fight well but doesn't like to hit people, especially women. Jason's hobbies include going out and helping the community and spending time with his loved ones.


About:

The story starts off with the murder of Jason Strauss, we see the murder but not the murderer. Throughout the film it follows the story of Jenny and her friends and the murderous past in the town, the murders are brutal and the use of  phycology to make the victims crazy and play mind tricks. Jenny is never accused of being evil. Nobody even suspects Jenny. What links Jason and Jenny? Why did Jenny kill Jason? Will she be found out?

Edward Scissorhands Ice Dance Scene Setting: This scene is set in Kim's back garden with her house in the background with Christmas lights hanging from the house. Hair and Make Up: Kim has natural make up and an angle like styled hair to show she is very angelic and graceful. Kim also has ice shavings falling gently around her and on her hair and face, this creates a halo look on the top of her head. Kim has the big eyes and plump lips, narrow nose which a lot of people say is 'the perfect features'. However Eadward has scares all over his face and very messy black hair. My idea

COURSEWORK PLAN  GENRE: Horror DIRECTOR: Maddison Brooks DURATION: 2 minutes STYLE: Contemporary March:  My idea is to challenge the conventions of a horror film. I want to have a older, strong male as a victim and use a young, pretty female as my 'predator' and use a public place. I want to use a public place as most horror films happen in a rural area or during the quiet time of day. I will film in the dark. There's a brilliant alleyway near where i live and it has lampposts that are flickering, it looks like the perfect horror film setting. I would also have some action scenes to show my camera skills such as tracking shot.  I would have my actors running and having my female chasing the male actor. I would like to use a weapon, possibly a knife, although carrying a knife in public can have some safety problems and legal problems.
